Description: NEOLAiA Focus Academy course “Data Analytics for Inclusion and Diversity” introduces students to the use of statistical tools and data analysis for promoting equity and inclusion. Through hands-on learning with R software, students will explore real-world datasets to identify diversity trends and challenges, gaining practical skills in data interpretation, visualization, and ethical analysis.
