Global Competencies and Multicultural Identity

Key objectives

• To introduce students to the concept of global competencies, including
  self-directed learning, entrepreneurship, and multicultural identity, and explain their importance in the modern labour market.
• To engage students in international collaboration, allowing them to work
  with peers, academics, and stakeholders from Italy, Romania, and Lithuania to explore and develop these competencies.
• To equip students with tools and methods for personal development,
  enabling them to assess their current competencies and apply suitable
  techniques to enhance them, both during digital and on-site phases.
